1. General Provisions

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions at lx999 are processed through Bangladeshi mobile banking methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.

• Minimum deposit amount: The minimum deposit for each method is ৳300.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawal via same method: Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Account verification: Identity verification may be required before withdrawal. In this case, the necessary documents must be submitted.

4. Bonus & Promotion Rules

Various types of bonuses and promotional offers are available at lx999. The following rules apply when using these bonuses:

Welcome bonus: New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

Wagering requirement: A wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be met. This applies to the bonus amount only — not the deposit. For example, if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must complete ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Additional bonus terms:

• A player may receive a bonus offer only once — it cannot be repeated.
• If you withdraw while a bonus is active without meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The bonus applies to deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• lx999 reserves the right to modify bonus terms or withdraw a bonus, but not for bonuses that have already been used.
• If misuse of the bonus system or fraudulent activity is proven, the account will be closed.

5. VIP Program & Cashback

The lx999 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher tier through regular play. Detailed criteria for VIP tier progression can be obtained from the support team.

Cashback is automatically added to your account every week. There are no additional wagering requirements on cashback unless stated otherwise.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lx999 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Systematic betting intended to gain unfair advantage from bonuses or promotions (bonus abuse / arbitrage).
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access or manipulate the platform's software or game systems.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's account.
• Colluding with other players to place bets.
• Impersonating an officer or representative of lx999.

If any of these rules are proven to have been violated, the account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited. lx999 may report information to the relevant authorities if necessary.
