lx999's commitment to responsible gaming
Play for fun and entertainment — lx999 provides all the tools and support needed to keep your gaming safe and balanced.
Why responsible gaming matters
Online gaming and betting is primarily a form of entertainment. But like any form of entertainment, it is important to participate within limits. lx999 believes that gaming is truly enjoyable only when a player considers their financial means and mental state before playing.
We want every one of our users to play with awareness — not out of fear of losing, but for the joy of the game. On this page you will learn how lx999 has created a safe environment for you, and how you can build healthy gaming habits for yourself.
Important age requirement
lx999 strictly provides services only to those aged 21 and above. Minors are completely prohibited from opening an account or participating in any form of betting. If there are any underage members in your household, keep them away from the platform.

Core principles of healthy gaming
Responsible gaming is not just a matter of rules — it is a mindset. Following the guidelines below will keep your gaming experience positive at all times.
Play for entertainment, not income
Online gaming should not be thought of as a primary source of income. Betting at lx999 is entertainment — just like watching a movie or playing sports. In every session, only bet what you can afford to lose.
Set your budget beforehand
Set a fixed budget before each gaming session and stick to it. The minimum deposit at lx999 is ৳300 — start with a small amount and enjoy within your limits.
Do not bet more to chase losses
Betting more in an attempt to recover lost money is the most harmful habit. It is the main sign of problematic gaming. The ability to accept a loss and end a session is the mark of responsible play.
Do not play when stressed or tired
Gaming while feeling sad, angry, anxious, or tired weakens decision-making ability. Stay mentally fresh and play when you are in a good state of mind.
Spend time with family and friends
Do not let gaming affect your family and social life. Make sure you leave enough time for family, work, and other hobbies.
Assess yourself
Ask yourself the questions below. If the answer to more than one is "yes", take a pause and speak with our support team.
- Do I bet more after losing to try to win back the money?
- Have I tried to stop gaming but been unable to?
- Am I neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities because of gaming?
- Am I gaming to relieve stress or escape real-life problems?
- Have I had to borrow money or take money from others to bet?
- Are family members or friends concerned about my gaming habits?
- Do I feel restless or irritable when I am not betting?
If you feel "yes" to any of the above questions, do not delay — contact lx999's 24/7 live chat or email [email protected]. Our support team speaks Bengali and assists with complete confidentiality.
